Data Retention
This page describes how long Kadu keeps each type of data.
Data with a deadline
These records are permanently deleted after 90 days, every day, by a retention job:
| Data type | Where it shows up | Time |
|---|---|---|
| Execution events | GET /v1/executions/{id}/events | 90 days |
| Execution logs | GET /v1/executions/{id}/logs | 90 days |
| System events | GET /v1/system_events | 90 days |
| Webhook deliveries | GET /v1/webhook_deliveries | 90 days |
| Audit logs | the organization's internal trail | 90 days |
After the deadline, the event or log of an old execution no longer exists and the API answers with an empty list for it. If you need to keep it longer, export what matters beforehand.
Other data
Executions, tasks, workspaces, activities, environments, secrets, schedules, webhooks, memories and files are kept until you remove them. Removal is logical (soft delete): the resource stops showing up in the API, but the record remains.
The times above may change at any time.
