kadu_webhooks_get	read	kadu/webhooks + read	agent.webhooks.read	GET /v1/webhooks/{id}	Gets a webhook (credentials and signing secret are never returned).
kadu_webhooks_create	destructive	kadu/webhooks + write	agent.webhooks.create	POST /v1/webhooks	Registers a webhook: Kadu will POST the subscribed events to this URL.
kadu_webhooks_update	destructive (depending on arguments)	kadu/webhooks + write	agent.webhooks.update	PATCH /v1/webhooks/{id}	Updates a webhook.
kadu_webhooks_delete	destructive	kadu/webhooks + delete	agent.webhooks.delete	DELETE /v1/webhooks/{id}	Deletes a webhook.

kadu_webhook_deliveries_get	read	kadu/webhook_deliveries + read	agent.webhook_deliveries.read	GET /v1/webhook_deliveries/{id}	Gets a webhook delivery: payload, attempts and the response of the receiver.
kadu_webhook_deliveries_replay	destructive	kadu/webhook_deliveries + write	agent.webhook_deliveries.replay	POST /v1/webhook_deliveries/{id}/replay	Queues a webhook delivery again, to the same webhook only.
