La URL se verifica contra la red interna. signing_secret se devuelve solo en esta respuesta (el replay de idempotencia devuelve null).

VALIDATION_ERROR
INVALID_TOKEN / INVALID_AUDIENCE / INVALID_ISSUER / TOKEN_EXPIRED / TOKEN_REVOKED / MTLS_REQUIRED
FEATURE_NOT_ENABLED — exige la habilitación webhooks.create de la organización
IDEMPOTENCY_KEY_REUSED / IDEMPOTENCY_REQUEST_IN_PROGRESS (o CONFLICT de la ruta)
VALIDATION_ERROR — workspace fuera de la organización
AS_UNAVAILABLE — la verificación del token no está disponible (Authorization Server fuera de lÃnea o configuración ausente). Intenta de nuevo (Retry-After).
